It features four internal and four external SAS ports (1 internal (SFF-8087)/1 external (Mini-SAS SFF-8088) x8 wide port connectors) and delivers increased server uptime by providing advanced storage functionality, including online RAID level migration with flash back write cache, global online spare, and pre-failure warning.P222 Adapter features x8 6Gb/s SAS physical links (compatible with 3G SATA). In addition, 512 MB DDR3-800 MHz 40bit Flash-Backed Write Cache provides up to 4.2 GB/s maximum bandwidth.
